Our Terms & Conditions.
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards. Payment MUST be
received at least 15 days prior to
the Webinar date. Participants are
booked into a Seat on a “First Come,
First Served” Basis. Webinars are
held online with a
maximum of 25 seats per session, which
allows for participant
questions throughout the Webinar. All Webinars conducted in English ONLY.
Cancellation & Refunds
All fees are non-refundable,
including "no shows."
does not provide refunds, however if
you notify us that you cannot make
the pre-confirmed Session we will
reschedule you for our next session.
It should be noted, the date of the
next session may not yet have been
Sessions postponed due to the
interruption of the Internet due to
inclement weather, natural
disasters, or other Acts of G-d, or
Health Reasons affecting the
Presenter will be rescheduled.
In the event any
participant is rude, obnoxious,
dominates the session, or is unruly,
we have the right to delete this
person from the meeting. If for any
reason the session cannot be
continued, we will automatically
send an IMMEDIATE NEW INVITATION
allowing you to sign back in.
(The participant who has been
eliminated from the Session will not
receive the additional
invitation and will forfeit his/her payment.)
All Sessions begin promptly at
2:00PM (Eastern Time). We urge all
participants to arrive at 1:45 PM
(ET) for sound check. Late arrivals
will NOT be rescheduled.
All Participants are required to
mute their own microphones and turn
off their cameras upon entering the
Webinar. All Questions will be typed
in appropriate spaces on the
Control Panel. Questions MUST be
relevant to the Webinar. Any
Participant acting foolishly or
being disruptive to the Webinar will
be deleted with forfeiture of their

provided. Failure to comply will
result in dismissal from the Program

We make no warrants, guarantees, or
promises that the participant(s)

Inc., PowerSeries.US, and any and
all subsidiaries or divisions of the

principals, officers, directors,
managers, or designated persons,
harmless from any and all claims,
lawsuits, attorney's fees, and costs
associated with participant's
attendance in any workshops,
seminars, webinars, presentations,
résumé writing, career development
including, but not limited to, any
